Student Biography:   My name is Elizabeth Placido, I was born in Santa Maria and has a family of 6. I like to  watch shows and movies especially anything horror related. I hope to go to college and have a  good career to support my shopping habits.  For the Loteria Project I choose to represent body dysmorphia I painted a mirror with a  background of different shades of greens and is titled El Ntuchii-noo (the eye). The mirror itself  represents how people are quick to judge what they see. Since people and society tend to hyper  fixate on imperfections in general. People are always quick to judge when something or someone  doesn’t meet their expectations.
